Drive through Drop-off!!!

Today Cole entered the Provo MTC.  The day you look forward to but dread at the dame time. We went to provo early to eat lunch with Cole. As we finished lunch and were walkin to the car Andy saw some missionaries entering JDawgs.  He sent Cole with some money to pay for the Elders lunch. What a fun way to start his missionary service.  We then went to the Provo Temple to say our good byes.  It was a really beautiful  day to drop off a missionary.  Once we got the the MTC its quite a process.  Its a Drive throgh drop off service.  We took Cole's suitcase's out of the truck, The host Elder asked if he could take our picture, we gave one more hug and off he went, without even a look back!   It was quick, but not painless.   We were at the point that we had prepared for for months. I wouldn't want him anywhere else.  On our way home we got a quick email from Cole.

So this first day has been Pretty chaotic.. I got lost, left stuff behind, and now am being spoken to in Spanish. it is so weird. but i love it here already. I Love you guys a lot.

Letter from Dec 4 This week, there was a Nativity showcase in West Richland and we were given the opportunity to usher and greet people at it. It was really quite neat to see all the different Nativity sets from all around the world. Every classroom in the Church was packed full of them. It was cool. about 10 minutes after we had left the showcase, we got a call from Ricardo and Sujey saying that they were just pulling up to the church and were wondering if we were gonna be there. But Sadly we werent able to be there with them. Last week Elder Anderson were teaching Ricardo and Sujey and they told us that he was having some bounce back pains from the frostbite he had last year from working out in the fields. After they told us, Sujey had told him a little bit about Priesthood blessing and shared some experiences that she has had from receiving them. Letter from Nov 27 This week was FULL of miracles, like literally. I was stuffed full on thanksgiving, Martin got the Priesthood, and priesthood blessings. Thanksgiving was awesome, i love pigging out and eating all the food i can. Especially turkey, I love turkey. On thanksgiving we were asked not to go out Tracting so we went around sharing #LightTheWorld and offering our service to people. It was a wonderful day. We ate dinner with some members and got to look at some really cool cars, They had a 58 Chevy Camaro and a 28 Chevy. After dinner we had a Zone council and talked a lot about how we can use Light the World and transition into teaching a Gospel Principle. If you havent had the chance to watch the Light The World video, go do it right now. It shows us that one thing that we need to do to come closer to Christ is to serve, and who doesnt love serving other people. The Great Outdoors

Letter from May 29 What a great week full of great things like the Great outdoors. We had zone conferences this week which were a little different than normal zone conferences, Not a single missionary was wearing a White shirt and tie. The meeting was at the Timbers camp over near Dayton, WA. Who knew that there was actually green here in this part of Washington!! It was beautiful and I felt at home being out in the Woods sitting in a camp chair wearing Jeans and a t-shirt. We had 4 different stations where we would listen to them talk about Gospel topics, like Revelation, coping with difficulties in the mission, and working with our Ward leaders. It was just great being outside in the woods in God's creation and feeling the spirit super strongly. So just last night we found someone named Heilmer, well... He walked right into our hands. He just moved into a home with one of the members about a week ago and is just getting thrown into the Gospel. They took him to the temple and...
